  1. I am trying to send an email using agent script using macro execution. And I want to send that email such that the "To" field is dynamically populated from the case form.
  2. I tried using ${anchor.customerid} but it did not work. Any suggestion?

    Hi D365 cs,

Maybe you could try the ” ${ anchor._customerid_value}” Field, according this link: https://www.inogic.com/blog/2020/12/release-2020-wave-2-agent-scripts-and-macros-as-part-of-customer-service-workspace-explored/
