We have obtained the BC - Premium subscription because we need the Manufacturing module. So I suppose I will have access to the page like "Production BOM" in BC to create a BOM. But the funny thing is I cannot find this page in the Search bar even if I switch to the role of "Manufacturing Manager" in BC.
NOTE 1: the company and the environment were previously created under the free-trial subscription. We were using the free-trial subscription, which had no Manufacturing module before. Later, we applied the premium subscription, but we did NOT create a new company and we kept using the same company created during the free-trial subscription.
- (Q) Could this be the problem and I should have created the company again when I applied the premium subscription?
NOTE 2: I am the admin and have many permissions. The screenshot below shows that my permissions are for the demo company "CRONUS USA, Inc.".
- (Q) Could this be the problem that the permissions are for the demo companies?
