How To migrate users with their secuity roles in Dynamic 365 CRM from one tenant to another tenant?
Hi
The way I have done it is by using powershell. Firstly extract all users and security role memberships. Then using this extract as basis to add both the users and roles in the new environment but before you need to change username in import csv to match new tenant and make sure security roles are created.
