How to get an overview of all attachments?

Hi there,

I've been asked to provide an estimate of the number of attachements per type as well as the size. How can I get this list from Dynamics 365?
Same question about the activities from the social panel (events, tasks, phone calls), how can I get an overview of them?

    You may be able to find your request on Advanced Find. See also. However, it may be difficult to find a list of attachment types and file sizes here.

    You could try Attachment Manager control from PCF gallery.

    Hi Zukasa Kyu,

    Concerning the attachments, I would consider using the XrmToolbox. There is a tool called Bulk Attachment Manager. You will get these results.

    If you would use the SharePoint integration, you would have extensive reporting possibilities. The storage is cheaper too.
