I have some problem with "fast search". For example, I search sales order of "company A", it find nothing but nevertheless there are few sales order.

Please check if the field you searched has been added into Find Columns of Quick Find View.
Open customizations, expand the entity > views, edit the Quick Find View.
Then click Add Find Columns, check if your field is selected.
Save and publish all customizations.
Yes, I know this tip but it doesn't work or sometimes It work but I have one part of salesorder. Yet filter, start about name client.
Quick search does not support full-text search. If you want to search for characters in the middle, we have to add * at the beginning of the keyword.

For example, when I search for sample, then there is no result.

When I search for *sample, then we can see all records contain sample.
*sample
So we need to add * at the beginning of the keyword.
