Since we upgraded from Dynamics 365 8.2 to 9.0 - we noticed that we get an error when we go to look at the Document Management related records area of any entity where we had SharePoint Integration (Document Management) setup.

The error is just: "Unexpected Error" An error has occurred. Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator.

this issues seems to have resolved itself with a recent update to 9.0.2.54

Could you give us more information about your DM configuration? Sharepoint Sites, DM settings, Sharepoint Document Locations and so on.
