Hi,
I'm working in Dynamics 365 F&O.
Workitems assigned to me displays the items that are approved, we do not have an option to delete it from the list.
Delete button is disabled/grayed out. Is this related to access issue or Standard functionality?
If the transaction that is assigned to me for approval it should show in workitems assigned to me, if it is approved it should be removed from my queue.
Currently there are many items displayed in workitems assigned to me.
Kindly provide your valuable inputs.

    Hi Padmanab,

    Do you mean that the Work items assigned to me form displays the workflow which is approved status?

    What are the parameters in the filter?

    Hello -

    We're having the same issue. I've been searching LCS and other message boards looking for a solution, but not finding one. I think the key distinction here that I'm seeing when people say they want to delete these work items is not that they want to remove them without taking action on them. It's that they have already approved them and the work item still shows up on this queue in the area and if you click it, it will say:

    "We didn't find anything to show here"

    But then you can't delete it. The delete button is greyed out, so you can't remove these items that have been approved long ago. Any further suggestions here?

    Out of the box, there is no cleanup available for the workflow history. The history contains information about who e.g. approved invoices. You don't want to delete this by accident. I can imagine that after a certain retention period you might want to clean up some history, but then you should consider a customization and check with your auditors.
