Report Writer: Adding Vendor Name on 1099 Misc

I am trying to add an alternative vendor name to display on the 1099 Miscellaneous report. Based on this post (https://community.dynamics.com/gp/b/gplesliev/archive/2017/02/22/problems-with-forms-1099-names-and-addresses), I've followed the steps. The idea is to create a new Address ID "1099" and enter the name in the contact field of that address id for those vendors that need an alternative name to appear.

It appears that the calculated (conditional) field is "working" to a point. However, the calculated field is blank and not pulling in the value of Vendor Contact for those vendors that do use that new 1099 address id. Any ideas of why it is not pulling that into the report? The only portion that doesn't appear to be working correctly is the "True" case of the calculated field.

The highlight field below is the calculated field in the report. The left side is trying to display the Vendor Contact (based on the fact that this vendor uses that new "1099" address id and the right side shows the default Vendor Check Name (because this vendor does not use the "1099' address id"). There is a value in the Vendor Contact field for the "1099" Address ID.

I've figured it out. When setting up the table relationships, there was already an existing relationship between the PM Vendor MSTR and the PM Vendor Address so I had selected that one. However, that was only related by Vendor ID. I needed to create a new relationship between the two that related Vendor ID and Address ID. I selected that new relationship for the report and it works like a charm.
