Hierarchy Visualization

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello,

Is there a way on the back end to change the amount of levels displayed on screen for the contact hierarchy (or any hierarchy) visualization?  I'd love to be able to see the entire organization on the screen.  It looks like it only goes 3 levels out of the box.  See attached example.  I would like to view the next level(s) under Peter Doe, while still showing everyone above him as well.

    Hi,

You can't control that, possible workarounds could be to develop something your own or use any tools, something like this: archive.codeplex.com (not sure it will work)

    Hi evakay78,

I do not think it is currently possible to display more than three levels at once on the hierarchy visualisation. You can view the people underneath Peter Doe by scrolling down, but you will then need to scroll up again to view King Tut.
