When Ressource tries to change status of a WO to "Open-Complete" at the Microsoft/Resco app, the get a message:
"Server failure: System Status 857930000 cannot be converted into Journal type"
Anyone having an idea to solve this?

Are you using Resco Mobile App or Microsoft Field Service Mobile App? The supported app is Microsoft's Field Service Mobile App.
The technician cannot change WO status to Open-Completed. Once they close the booking (and all bookings for that WO are closed), the WO status would auto update to Open-Complete
We are using the free Microsoft app, but delivered by Resco.
We have found the problem seems to be between the System status of the WO and the Booking.
If a Booking is set to "Committed", the WO cannot be Completed.
By default, the booking status "Committed" is not valid for Field Service. If you go to Resources>Booking Statuses>Committed, if does not have a Field Service Status in the FS tab.
