I need to confirm PO automatically through code at the time of creation of PO while RFQ is accepted, Can i write the code in PurchRFQAcceptJournalPost class.

in ax 2012

Hi Sushmitha,

You can create a batch job for confirming PO automatically rather than develop new customization. You should:

Open Procurement and sourcing>Periodic>Purchase orders>Confirm purchase orders

Select "Late selection" option

Click "Select" button and select the criteria you need

Click "Batch" button

Check "Batch posting"

Configured batch options as your requirement

Click OK to exit the batch processing form

Click OK in the "Confirm purchase order" form

As sefa mentioned batch is an option but if you want to do it immediately after creation , you have to make modification.

Take A look at class PurchAutoCreate_RFQ. This class must be responsible for creating PO from RFQ. You can write a logic to confirm PO once PO creation is successful.
