Retrieve Records using faster from Dynamics CRM

Hi,

We wanted to retrieve 1M records from CRM to perform some operation. We are using fetchxml but it taking too much time to retrieve 1M records from CRM. 

Is there any faster way to retrieve 1M records from CRM in javascript using webapi.
