SOP Return form (word template) print as negative

Hello,

My client wants me to print the amount for the return credit memo as a negative. We already have the field in red but they feel the amount needs to show as negative. Can I create a calculated field in the Word template or do I have to go into Report Writer and create a calculated field. If I do that, can I just do a simple "amount * -1?

Has anyone done this before?

    OK so I made this really easy. I just went into Report Writer and used the "Extended"/Calculated amounts and multiplied them times -1.  What's nice about this vs an AR credit memo is that it is its own document type and doesn't impact the SOP Invoice.

    So, it IS just as simple as multiplying by -1!

    Hi,

    Now you have to print that report to an XML file and modify the report template so it prints as a negative on the Word report. :)
