Top 100 Customers report

Hello everyone, 

We noticed that when we generate top 100 customers report by revenue for 2020 , we get customers that have no transactions at all in 2020

For example, we have a customer in the report for which we have not issued an invoice since the beginning of 2019, and he appears in the list of top customers in 2020. 

Has anyone had a similar issue?

    Hi,

    Criteria is for total Revenue, so that is possible. If you only want customers having maximum revenue for the current year then you need to add a filter in the query for date as below:

    Hi Vinit, 

    Yes, we do exactly that and with that defined date range the customer appears on the report. 

    We select revenue in sorting criteria and enter date range 01.01.2020 till 31.12.2020.

    Are there any customizations done for the report? I tried this in my Demo environment and it shows data correctly.

    No,

    No customization were made to this environment.

    Hi,

    Which environment are you facing this issue? Try doing data reset? The query used for the report is very simple, I suggest you get help from the developer and debug it.
