Using GP PO Workflow, the main Approver gets an email message when a PO is assigned to him/her for approval. However, when a PO is not Approved within the selected time period, it is escalated to the Alternate Approver. The Alternate Approver (regardless of who it is - we tried more than one person) does not get the email notification. If that person goes to the GP workflow website and Approves a PO, he then gets the pent up notificaion email. What is the event trigger, or what did we miss on setting up workflows?
