    RE: kingsway error SSIS package

    Hi,

This to me sounds more like a Kingsway soft error, not a Dynamics error. It might be related to a record being used while your Kingswaysoft Data Import stored procedure is trying to update the same record.

The record is probably a case record (incident) and its Guid is the value starting with 49398xxx

Try to avoid including this record in your import and see if that lets you import the rest of the data or alternatively check if the record is not being used by a user or a Dynamics process (workflow?).

If all of that doesn't work, then you might want to pick this up directly with Kingswaysoft.

    Hope this helps!

You can also disable the plugin by going to your solution (or default solution), and under SDK Message Processing Steps, select the Plugin message that you want to disable, and click on the Deactivate button.

You can find it using the Plugin Registration tool also.

Let me know if I can provide you with more details.

    Thanks

    RE: kingsway error SSIS package

Knowing that this is a 5-year old thread, I would like to make a clarification, this error is a platform error rather than a KingswaySoft problem. The error is thrown by the server, KingswaySoft toolkit is simply reporting it.

For your reference, in our recent releases, we have added 4 process optimization options that can be used to temporarily disable plugins, workflows, which might work better for your scenario. Please give that a try before resorting to the disabling and re-enabling of your plugin steps yourself.
