PCF - issue while configuring the control multiple time on the same form...

i am adding a pcf control with 2 subgrids on a same form of dynamics 365 entity. Isuue i am facing is that , at a time only 1 control works other shows "blank" area.

What is the name of the PCF control you are adding and what properties/settings on the custom control you are using? (Screenshot?) Is this custom developed PCF of yourself or an Out-of-the-box one?
And to what component, you are adding this PCF control?
