Hi
Is there a way to export a list of every security role and permissions into excel?
From the UI it seems I can only do one role at a time.

Hi Jim Sykes,
You can export all the security roles from visual studio.
On visual studio go to Extension -- Dynamic 365 -- Addins -- View related roles for all duties.
This will export all roles and duties into an excel.

If you are looking for the actual explosion of all permissions and access levels on a role, then I would suggest that you extract that through the entity "System Security Permissions"/ "SystemSecurityPermissionEntity", this should provide you with the same info as the permission overview you are currently extracting per role. The format is a bit different, but the overall information should be the same
Thanks Girish, I should have added, I don't have access to Visual Studio. Are there other ways? Currently I export every role with permissions and then merging the spreadsheets.
This is taking a long time, so appreciate faster ways.

It is not.
Then you will need to export it one by one.
