Purchase invoice payment to multiple bank accounts

Hello everyone,

Firstly, let me provide a brief overview of the situation. When preparing payments through 'payment journals', it is not possible to adjust the payment amount or the recipient's bank account. This is because we have modified these permissions. This restriction arises from our process of exporting payment rules and collectively importing them as a batch into the bank system.

Now, here's my question: is it possible to pay an invoice to multiple bank accounts without having to adjust the above settings? We have a supplier who wants to receive 25% of the amount in account A and 75% in account B. I believe the only feasible option would be to delete the line from the payment journals and create two separate payments directly on the bank's platform.

I have the same question (0)

Hi, I think you can try the Allocation Account feature.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.
