Hi, everyone,
I hope you all are doing well.
I am trying to integrate D365 f&o products and inventory with D365 CRM.
As I am using dual write for integration and while mapping inventory table I am not getting confused with the table.
So I have tried "Inventory on-hand by warehouse and inventory status" entity, As dual write doesn't automatically create an entity in Dataverse(CDS), so I have created customer entity and map with it, but
while running I am getting an error something like this "....doesn't have primary company field set".
Could anyone please tell me am I using the correct entity if yes, then what configuration should I do to make it work?
"Inventory on-hand by warehouse and inventory status" shows
following fields.

1.)ARE WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT PROCESSES USED [AREWAREHOUSEMANAGEMENTPROCESSESUSED]
2.)INVENTORY SITE ID [INVENTORYSITEID]

Hi Jishnu,

Did you add a company column to the Dataverse table? Read the documentation about this concept and how to map it.

yes, I add in the dataverse table but there is no company field in the f&o entity.

Hi, everyone,
I hope you all are doing well.

I am trying to map "Inventory on-hand by warehouse and inventory status" Entity with a custom created table, while running, I am getting error as "Error:Project validation failed. SourceEntitySchema: Inventory on-hand by warehouse and inventory status has a primaryCompanyField set to DataAreaId and DestinationEntitySchema: cr767_warehouseinventorystatusesonhands doesn't have primary company field set. Dual-write only supports mapping between cross-company entities or company-specific entities from both sides.".

Could anyone please tell me how to set the primary company field in DestinationEntitySchema Entity?

Hi Jishnu,

I read above that you can't find a company field in the F&O entity. If this is the case, check for the DataAreaId field. Currently, I don't have an environment with Dual Write enabled to check it.
