I need to run a command to first find out the HQ id's for a particular tender type in our HQ database and then also run a command to update the HQ ID for that particular tender in each store's database so that they match.
We are having problems right now with matching ids due to a tender which was deleted and readded, in error. Can someone kindly assist?
Note that i have no real SQL knowledge and would appreciate the full commands.

First create and approve the worksheet for tender types - this will overwrite the tenders at the stores (all stores will have all the tenders in hq; if a certain tender is not used at a specific store, delete it at that store)
then check if the ids match, at hq run - SELECT ID FROM TENDER, at the stores run - SELECT HQID FROM TENDER
The store hqid should match the hq id values -- hope this helps.
playing with sql is dangers and you may lose your data, hire some one professional to do this, and I'm sure this will be better than losing or corrupting your databases.
note; you will need to make many changes to many tables at each of stores and HQ (while stopping connections).
