Set Up Lead Scoring

Hello, I am trying to set up Lead Scoring in our Marketing App. 

I followed the path below to create a new model.

Marketing App - Settings - Lead Management - Scoring Configuration

I am not seeing the designer platform to add conditions, fields etc. I am only seeing what is shown in the screen shot. Is there something else I need to turn on to see the designer?

Also, in the Sales app I see Lead and Opportunity Scoring and am able to configure - but I can only add fields. 

Are you able to add conditions in Sales scoring like you are in Marketing or can you only select fields?  Thank you!

    Please refer to the following steps to create Lead Scoring.

    Marketing App->Outbound Marketing->Lead management->scoring models
