Hi everyone,

We currently use a laser printer with avery sheets in our back office, in conjunction with pricing guns at our stores. We'd like to have a dedicated printer and standardize all pricing from from our back office and are looking for an RMS compatible printer that offers a cost effective alternative. I have been looking at Zebra models LB2824/LB2844, and I've searched this forum and seen quite a few issues posted. Are these the best options?

TSC also makes a good replacement for the Zebra 2824. I forget the model but their phone support is much better and very prompt.

We originally used the Cognitive Bar code advantage on a parallel port. Since they are no

longer available. We switched to the Zebra LP2428 USB. After creating the label format and

making the correct settings to the lable size and density all seems to work well for us.
