Hi Ram,
Thanks for your support. I already signed up with trials.dynamic.com, actually i am expecting to build D365 FO and commerce from on-boarding step to operating step that will help to have a full view and understand about deployment - configuration and operation.
I am wondering whether have any way to get a demo/preview licenses for these D365 functions from MS team, i tried to use my MCT account but noway to get a such demo/preview licenses.
Thanks

Your account domain should have enroll for the product which you want to create a demo in lcs. If your domain or account is created recently may not have partner source or customer source account created with Microsoft.
An easy trick would be just signup with trial of the product with the same account you sign in to lcs.
After registering for trial, wait for few hour to reflect the product in your LCS account. Then try to create the project. This is my personnel experience, hope it will work for you.
I assume that you create wrongly so please re-create LCS Project at first for Dynamics 365(Finance & Operations). Please see here official docs after you create D365FO Project.
I got this procedure from the official document provided by Microsoft:
Use this procedure to deploy a demo environment on Azure using LCS.
In LCS, open your project, and then, in the Environments section, click the plus sign (+).
Select the Azure environment topology, and then select Demo.
Select a topology.
For Finance and Operations, select the most recent Azure Resource Manager (ARM) topology for Finance and Operations.
For Commerce, select Dynamics 365 for Commerce - Demo.
In the Deploy environment dialog box, enter the name of the environment. This name should be unique in the Azure subscription. To make environments easy to identify, consider forming an acronym using the user’s name and the topology.
Select the size of the virtual machine (VM). All the sizes for VMs that are enabled for ARM end with v2. You must use D* v2 sizes for Finance and Operations workloads. We recommend D12v2.
Set the Instances field to 1.
Note
The size of the VM and the number of instances affect the cost of your subscription. For more information, see Azure pricing.
Click Advanced settings to add customizations to your deployment. For the demo environment, we recommend that you keep the default settings.
Agree to the licensing and pricing terms, and then click Next.
In the Confirm message box, click Deploy.
Open the Cloud hosted environments page to view the status of the deployment. After the deployment is successfully completed, the environment will be ready.
