Warning symbol in synchronization checklist

Hi all,

I am running Code upgrade checklist for in place upgrade in ax 2012 r2.

Warning symbol (Ready state) on synchronization checklist doesn't allow me to go ahead with other check lists.

I have successfully ran the Synchronization checklist but it is still showing me a warning symbol for that checklist.

We haven't  get anything in event viewer also.
