Hello All,

Our application is on CRM 2011 on-premises with SQL Enterprise Edition, for the performance improvement steps we were trying to delete audit logs.

We are facing issue while deleting through Application UI getting "Failed to delete audit data from one or more of the specified partitions.". But, the main problem here is we tried to delete it from production replica from where it got deleted successfully (surprised).

There is “OLEDBTimeout” & "ExtendedTimeout " registry already created on Pre-prod server with its maximum hex value as 300 which will resolve the timeout problem and same has been explained in Microsoft KB article (support.microsoft.com/.../918609)
