When we track manually an email, and if there is multiple recepients in an email which I want to track and all these recepients(contact) exist in CRM, can I choose in which contact I would like to track , and not in all of them ?
Example:
Sender: Alex
Recipient: Fernandez
CC: Raphael, Kelly
Fernandez, Raphael and Kelly are in my CRM. But I don't want to track this mail for all of them, but only for Fernandez. I want to see only in Fernandez's timeline.
Is-it possible ?
