We have a customer who we have replace his equipment we migrated his database and upgraded all his posifelx terminals , he had xp we migrated to new equipment with windows 10 pro so we could use emv pinpads. everything works fine except the pole displays . The initial test works fine but when the register runs it only displays on line two and seems to only display half the transaction like its cut off . before the migration they worked fine , anyone have any suggestions.???
