Was wondering if there's a way to automatically add any new entity that's added to D365, to a privilege?
e.g. some sort of batch job etc

Hi Rich,
There is no batch job which will change the security. Security roles may not be changed without user interaction and/or approval. What if someone would create a new entity for vendor bank accounts and payment journals. Do you want to provide access automatically and open up the system for committing fraud?
When a developer creates a new data entity, as part of the wizard, new privileges will be created. You can add the entity specific privileges to a duty or role.
ps. I'm referring to Data entities found in data Management
