I have watched your video and have some additional questions
- What is the main account 2010 in your environment?
- Have you verified if the dimensions are entered on the expense report?
When you have the expense report selected, you can click on 'View distributions'. Is the company dimension part of the Ledger account on the Extended price lines?
As André mentioned, please check the financial dimensions entered on the expense report to confirm the Company value is actually present.
Second, you can verify the allowed dimension values for that Main Account - Company combination by going to General Ledger > Chart of Accounts > Structures > Configure Account Structures > Select the Account Structure (BS in your case).
