We are getting an "assert failed" error when running an advanced find. This is only happening to some users and only when querying one of our entities. When clicking "ok" the error message disappears and the advanced find works as intended. Trying to find the underlying problem to prompt the error message. Any ideas?
The error shows an issue with something called ter_leadribbon. With the prefix "ter_", this appears to be some custom component. Do you know which publisher this is referring to?
Do you have a table, web resource, or script library with the name ter_leadribbon? I'm guessing that there is an issue with the component and that is causing your initial error, but it isn't bad enough to crash the Advanced Find completely.
