Hello Team,
 
Currently retrieving data from the entity SalesInvoiceLineV3Entity, it takes 20 seconds to execute below query
 
select TOP 1 * from SalesInvoiceLineV3Entity where dataareaid = 'AAA'
 
Is this normal. I need to retrieve historical data from 2019 to 2024.
 
Anyone faced the same problem and any workaround please.

    Are you using Data management? Did you try to use recurring job in DMF?

    Hi,

    What type of environment are you using? Where is the database located? Do you have customizations applied to this entity?
    Have you used some SQL performance tools to find out about the query plan and what exactly takes time?

    It is based in South Africa Tiers 2
     
    Nope i havent executed any performance tools yet, may be should do so. But retrieving 1 line takes 22 secs, it is too much.
     
    No customisation on this entity.
