Procurement Categories only apply 1 legal entity

Hi all,

Is it possoible if we only apply this procurement/sales category for a specific company? When I tested, even though I selected "buying legal entity" for 1 enity, this category still links and appears in other entities.

Please advise me. Many thanks

Hi ETT,

The procurement hierarchy is shared across legal entities that's why you see it in other entities as well.

I believe You can control this by using XDS, please check the below Microsoft Docs:

They should help you limiting the use of your categories.
