Ao criar o evento e preencher todos os campos, fui criar a jornada do cliente para disparar as comunicações do evento.
porém quando crio o e-mail marketing usando a funcionalidade "Adicionar ao calendário", mesmo vinculando o evento, ao enviar o e-mail o botão da opção desaparece.
já chequei as configurações do Dynamics 365 Marketing, e aparentemente está correto.
poderiam me ajudar?

There is a relationship (dynamic content) in the link which is contained in the button "Add to calendar".
It requires that the contacts who are the recipients of the email should register the event / session, otherwise, the contacts cannot see the button in the received email.
