Hi guys,

I'm using a free trial CRM Online account and I've played around with a custom solution I've been working on, but now I want to completely wipe the instance and reset it back to a clean install.

Is there a way to do this without paying for additional instances/orgs?

I guess there is no way out to reset your organization to Original base, suggest to sign in another trial instance.

Perhaps open a service ticket through the Office 365 portal.

They called me from an international location within an hour and started working on it. They are doing it now and have actually been awesome and very responsive.. I'm impressed. They are even resetting the configuration to the brand new CRM 2015 update..

Just a further update on this guys. Microsoft have successfully reset my account back to a clean build and it went very smoothly. I am now running the latest CRM 2015 update :) Woohoo! Thanks for letting me know about the Office365 service ticket guys Brian.
