This should be CRM 101, but somehow I'm struggling...
I'm creating a Record Creation and Update Rule that takes emails delivered to a particular queue and then creates leads from them. Generally this is working well, but I need the sender's email address in the Lead's Email textbox (emailaddress1). I'd have imagined that this would be fairly straight forward but, for the life of me, I can't figure out which field to get the email address value from!?
There are a number to try, so I'm not going to list each one and their outcome here, but generally they either put the name of the actual created Contact (unknown senders is set to create Contacts), or the process seems to fail silently and the email simply doesn't exist.
Has anyone populated the Email field on the Lead entity created by RCUR?
