Printing Cheques through Document routing

Dear All,

We are trying to print cheques, we have setup the cheque layout and setup it correctly. When generating payment, the report is going to document routing and in list it shows with status success but "Pages" column shows "Not available".

Pages are available and other reports are printing through document routing.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

    Hi Zeeshan,

Have you checked the DRA service settings and running as a Windows Service?

When the Document Routing Agent runs as a Windows service, document reports, such as checks, that require custom margins can't be printed directly to network printers. Instead, the Document Routing Agent automatically routes those document to a target folder. New configuration properties in the application's Settings dialog box let you define the target location for document reports that require custom margins.

Please open a PDF using Acrobat Reader and submit a print job. If that works, then check printing again.

    Documents that require custom margins:docs.microsoft.com/.../run-document-routing-agent-as-windows-service

Just make sure document routing service is running and also DRA screen is open while printing the check. And obviously printer should be configured too

Yes, DRA is open, it is configured and working. Like Syed described initially here, we're able to print other reports to the printer except AP check.
