Budget Export -Accounting Period 4-4-5

I have a Retail client that utilises 4-4-5 Accounting Periods. I can create and view a budget by Accounting Period and filtering the date range to P1..P12, but cannot seem to export a template to excel as the Export functionality cannot be filtered by Accounting Period. Does anyone know a way to do this? I see that you can do it by Config Package but the format of that is not great.

If this functionality does not exist out of the box, you may want to ask your developer to customize it for you.

Darren,

After setting up the Accounting Periods to be 4-4-5, setup a Budget with View by = Accounting Period. Now when you Export to Excel the Budget it WILL NOT convert to a 4-4-5 pattern. Sadly it only understands the No. of Periods and Period Length. You could alter the Date of the Period to make sure it is within the 4-4-5 dates. If this is too cumbersome, I would ask your Partner to make a customization to allow for 4-4-5 export date.
