Creating an Opportunity in a Workflow not filling out Contact information.

Good Afternoon,

I have a process setup that when someone fills out a webform and submits it, that person then becomes a lead. I am then trying to get a workflow working where the work flow will look at the lead and see if the Topic equals Web Form Submission. If it does, that lead then becomes qualified, a contact with the person’s name is created and then I am creating an opportunity.

The workflow appears to be working properly except I cannot get information entered into the opportunity. The Opportunity topic changes to Interested in ICT, like it is supposed to but the Contact section isn’t filled out with the contact that was created the step above and I’m not sure where why or what I am doing wrong.

This is what my workflow looks like:

I think the issue is I'm not sure what should be entered into the contact section when creating an opportunity. What I have entered is:

Any help is greatly appreciated on this as I have been staring at it for a while now.

It seems like you are bringing your contact/customer information from the information that was submitted in the lead, and not from the contact that you created.

Instead of Choosing Contact (Parent...), you should choose Contact (Created) for the Contact and Potential Customer fields.
