Why can not select entry to Apply [Application Worksheet]

sorry for dumb question.

I am new to NAV 2018, before I can select entry to apply at function Application Worksheet (NAV2009).
I don't know why I can not do the same at NAV2018?

I see that in NAV2018, I can only select entry which I removed application before to reapply only.

For Entries which are open, I can not select other entries to apply.

Anyone know the reason or solution, please tell me.
