Hi,

I am not very familiar with the Kanban production and standard costing.

Can i confirm with you guys, is the Kanban production is only applicable to standard costing? Can FIFO or weighted average use for Kanban production?

Also about the standard costing.

What is the effective way to check the standard cost that we put in is understate and overstate? Is there a report for us to check overall which raw material cost is overstated or understated in the Kanban order?

Hi Dexin,

I'm not aware of this restriction on Kanban items.

For the difference between the actual cost and the standard cost , you can refer to the below artical:
