    Hi,

    To get this fixed quickly you can manually record a corrective packing slip without making use of the correction functionality.

    Yet, this might only be a short-term workaround.

    For the longer term, please have a look at LCS and whether you can find a hotfix for this issue especially if you are operating on an older AX2012 version.

    If you can't find anything there, ask a developer for some help to debug the issue.

    According to your error message, check again if there is a simultaneous operation that caused the error. You can try to close the process and do it again. If not, please turn the prompt into English and go to LCS to check. If you haven't solved it yet, please contact your developer to debug it.
