We are noticing that the "insights tab" inside the Segments tab within Customer Insights is missing.
Also, we are attempting to connect the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Customer Card Add-In to my CI environment. As part of the process, I authenticated to the Azure Active Directory (AAD) tenant where my Dynamics 365 Customer Insights is installed.
Upon completing the previous step, there isn’t an instance to choose from.

It seems there is some licensing issue, if you have already purchased all required licenses then please raise request with Microsoft to further investigate from backend. Thank you.
