How to see List of PR/PO that I'm already Approved?

Dear Expert,
 
How to see PR/PO that I'm already Approved in D365FO after doing Workflow.
 
PR/PO will be gone from PR/PO Assigned to Me.
 
I want to know the history all document that I'm already Approved.

    This is a functionality you can customize. I had similar requirement months ago and it is not available Out of the Box.

    Hi,
    As Komi said, the system has no standard functionality for this, only a list of tracking details when a workflow is selected in the workflow history. You may consider creating specific reports or queries to track the history of approved PO/PR documents to suit your needs.

    There are no such out-of-the-box standard features, and you can customize the code to implement your needs. If you don't have a developer, you can enlist the help of a Microsoft partner who will provide you with customized services: Find the right app | Microsoft AppSource.
