Hi,
So I created a new role by cloning the out of the box Sales Person security role and I removed the create, write and delete permissions on all tabs as the intention is to create a Read Only security role, the read privilege has been set to Org level on all the tabs, however when the user try's to open for example an account record the following message appears:
Insufficient Permissions
You do not have permission to access these records. Contact your Microsoft Dynamics 365 administrator. If you contact support, please provide the technical details.
Any advise you can give to point me in the right direction would be appreciated.
