Hi, we have a Dynamics CRM 2015 application which runs in Denmark. We have a service where we send SMS for booked appointments. We are facing a problem that if the appointment is booked at 8 AM, it sends the message as 7 AM to the user. It was working fine till now. Has it something to do with the daylight savings ? Please help me resolve this issue.
Thanks

I'm really sorry but you have to troubleshoot your issue or find a way to get in touch with developer who developed your code.
Was there any fix or update applied on server??
Hi Saad, the issue is for all users. It was working fine till now. But, suddenly the issue appears for all users.
Hi,
It looks like the problem is that there is a difference between user time and server time. You have to remember that if somebody used "ToLocalTime" then time will be always from the machine that the code is running. Knowing that you have to fix your code accordingly. It's hard to help you more - it's a custom solution, it's not even CRM related, rather general programming related.
Is this issue there for all users or for some users? Please check Personal Options in CRM and set it to Denmark timezone.
The problem is it was developed by some other developer which we cannot contact. After analysing i found that it has something to do with the daylight saving. Many times in code he as used ToLocalTime for different variables.
Hello,
It looks like this is non-standard functionality so my suggestion is to get in touch with developer of this functionality and ask why it works the way it works.
