Why am I being requested to provide a 9-year-old domain registration invoice since I've provided legal documents to the Microsoft Partner Center and completed the verification? What's the rationale behind requesting a 9-year-old domain registration invoice when seeking partner service support?

Why is Microsoft Support persisting in asking for my domain registration invoice to resolve the Action Pack renewal issue, even after confirming my status as a registered Service Provider with an MPN ID?
