Hi everyone

I am having a problem with the pack in the warehouse management when I try to search for a pack the field of the worker comes locked

I don't know why it comes closed if anyone now how can I choose a worker

Hello Abdul,

Check that the user session you are logged in with has person associated that is added as worker under Warehouse Management > Setup > Worker

Hi,

In Microsoft Dynamic AX 2012, a user ID must be associated with a worker to complete task such as approving a journal entry.

Click System administration > Common > Users > User relations.

Press CTRL+N to create a new user relation.

In the Person field, select the worker that you want to associate with a specific user ID.

In the list, select the user ID.

I changed the user to a person connected to a worker and it worked for me, but the screen came to me locked as if something was missing and the packaging did not appear

Can you help me figure out why the packaging isn't showing up

I found the reason but I get an error message

Overdelivery of line is 100.00 percent, but the allowed overdelivery is only 0.00 percent.

Hello Abdul,

What is the Order Qty ? Shipment Qty ? Container Packed Qty ?

Are you trying to packing the shipment twice ?
