Business events category, Endpoints, Data events are all missing

Hi,
 
We are facing a strange issue where some of the Business events category are not getting displayed in DEV (Tier-1) CHE:
 
 
 
Due to this we are not able to register any Endpoint or Business event in DEV:
 
 
However, we can see all the categories in Sandbox environments along with Endpoints and Business events:
 
 
Any help to troubleshoot Business event issue in DEV is highly appreciated. Thank you.

    Try to use D365F&O connector instead of Dataverse.

    There is a big difference between business events and data events. The Fin&Ops connector has downsides and limitations. I would not recommend to change the current approach. Keep using Dataverse for Data events.
