In Microsoft Dynamics CRM (now known as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement), you can use a zip code table to help identify the time zone for a customer based on their zip code. This can be especially useful when dealing with customers across different geographical regions.

There is a time zone set up in the zip code table that could be used to idenity the time zone for the customer
hi,
you can create a custom attribute of type int and choose Time Zone as format type. Then, if you want, you can write some javascript code to set its value.

My company operates in all 50 states. We want to be able to send an email reminder to customers for upcoming appointments. How do I get the customer's local time (PST) to appear correctly within the email. I have tried using StartTime(Appointment) but that always displays my local time (CST).
This cannot be a unique request but I cannot find any help.

You won't find time zone fields against most records in the system as the times are simply stored at UTC and then converted on the fly for the user when they view the record. Users have a time zone set for them, as do sites for services.
